Tracking Information



Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.





Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



BLK-BXING is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local carrier.





Incorrect Shipping Information



Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


BLK-BXING is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

Damaged Orders
